近年来用户对于三大电信运营商并不是太友好，在网上有不少吐槽。不管是哪个行业必然都存在竞争的关系，三大电信运营商同样也是，为了能够坐拥更多的用户，通常推出的套餐也是五花八门的，当然在推荐的时候，着重点在于这个套餐所具备的优势。
近期有两大电信运营商推出的19元套餐又被推上风口浪尖，广告图片上堂而皇之的标注送几百Ｇ流量，迷惑了用户的双眼，实际上确实是套路重重，让用户直呼防不胜防。小编作为一名用户，也是费解，其实都是运营商的一些小心思，但是久而久之反而会引起用户的反感，运营商如此做法，恰如涸泽而渔。
中国联通“腾讯王卡”，误导用户19元/月可获得每月480G全国流量不限速，实则为一年的流量总合，合到每月才40Ｇ流量，且为指定的APP的专属流量。如果用户稍有操作不当，如果超出界限，将以每天1元/1G的方式收费，可能每个月就要花费达49元。中国移动也推出19元/月套餐，误导用户每月可获得1000分钟360G全国流量不限速，实则也为一年的通话和流量总合。
说实话，面对低价高流量套餐，估计大多数人都会抵挡不住这个诱惑，但是商家没有底线，把套餐的优点无限放大，一些让人难以注意的大坑折叠隐藏，普通人根本无法辨别，更没有耐心仔细看完，简直是防不胜防。
早在之前，工信部就已经要求三大运营商必须整改，其中就是针对三大运营商所存在的诟病，以及推出了携号转网的政策，这些都是为了能够让三大运营商保持一个积极的态度。
看来说好的整改并没有落实到位，对于三大运营商的所存在的诟病还有待完善。对于运营商来说，想要留住老用户，吸引新用户，还是要真诚一些，这样才能长久，太多的套路终究是适得其反。
