手里缺钱，征信又有问题，咋办？“网贷中介”说，“我出钱，你出卡，刷流水，验资质，无需抵押，马上放款。”于是山东的老王（化名）信了，结果钱没贷出来，自己却进了班房……
近日，山东省寿光市公安局反诈民警在工作中发现，市民老王名下银行卡流水异常，于是将其传唤询问。
经查，老王想贷款购买一辆大货车跑运输，但因为之前信用卡逾期，无法通过银行贷款，于是就打算从网上贷款。一天，老王在浏览短视频平台的时候，无意间看到一家网贷公司的广告，于是给对方留下了自己的个人信息。之后，老王接到一个陌生电话，说可以为自己提供贷款帮助，但必须用本人名下的银行卡通过“刷流水”的方式提高贷款申请的通过率。随后在网贷公司的操作下，短短十天时间，老王先后通过银行卡、微信与对方来回转账数十笔，导致账户被冻结。最后，老王贷款买车的梦想没实现，自己却成为了电信诈骗团伙的“帮凶”。
目前，老王因涉嫌帮信罪被寿光公安依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
