今日视点在线 jrsdzx.com 讯 近日，镇巴县人民医院儿科成功开展一例危重新生儿胸腔闭式引流术。标志着该院危重新生儿的抢救水平再上一步新台阶，为更多新生儿的生命加了一把安全锁。
9月15日，一位出生45分钟的宝宝，因胎龄40+2周、早破水、羊水三度污染造成四肢皮肤轻度青紫，呼吸不规律，CT结果提示右侧气胸受压约50%、左侧少量气胸、新生儿咽下综合征、新生儿感染，情况十分危险，由该院妇产科转至儿科。
患儿转至儿科后，该科主任周自伟立即给予吸氧、暖箱保暖、心电监护、血氧饱和度监测，建立静脉通路，由于患儿右肺受压约50%,需立即行胸腔穿刺减轻肺受压、改善呼吸。经多学科会诊，决定为患儿实施胸腔闭式引流术。
时间就是生命。当天晚上，在与家长进行积极沟通后，周自伟在汉中市3201“组团式”帮扶专家张振华的指导下，紧急成功为患儿实施局麻下右侧胸腔闭式引流术，手术顺利，宝宝呼吸困难、皮肤青紫症状明显改善，病情转危为安。
“每个宝宝都是家庭的希望，胸腔闭式引流术此次在我院成功抢救危重新生儿尚属首例，只要有一线希望，我们都会竭尽全力去护佑让这些初生的“太阳”健康成长。”周自伟说。
在儿科医务人员的精心治疗和护理下，患儿生命体征平稳，复查CT结果显示患儿右侧气胸已恢复正常，各项指标正常，康复出院。
来接宝宝出院的家长看到怀中面色红润的孩子，脸上终于露出了久违的笑容。感激道：“县人民医院不仅成功抢救了我的孩子，而且也成功挽救了我的家庭，点燃了全家的希望。”
新生儿气胸是新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的常见并发症，大多突然发生，症状较凶险，往往在原有疾病基础上突然恶化，出现呼吸窘迫，处理不及时会危及生命。此例手术的成功，体现该院的快速决策和协调能力，也展现多科协作的创新应变能力和过硬的专业技术水平。
据悉，自2017年镇巴县人民医院成立县域内唯一家危重新生儿救治中心以来，儿科全体医护人员秉承团结、协作、良知、严谨、进取的院训，坚持“一切为了患儿，一切方便患儿”的宗旨，开拓创新，在危重新生儿的诊治上取得重大进步和突破，为县域及周边儿童的健康保驾护航。
