社区竟能带人入户办理电话卡？

一位老人握着网格员的手，不停地道谢：“我儿女都离得比较远，这手机一出问题，我就相当于失联了，特别感谢社区，你们肯定费了很大事儿，才能让业务人员上门为我办理电话卡，真的解决了我的大难题，你们费心了……”这是近日发生在邵公庄街道咸阳社区八旬独居老人李奶奶家中的一幕。

两日前，社区接到李奶奶求助电话，称手机无法正常使用并且家中无线网络网速不稳定，自己一个人无法前往营业厅办理更换手机卡和网络报修业务，不知道该怎么办。社区负责人得知后，立即联系街域内的中国移动营业厅负责人，通过沟通协调，最终由天津移动二分公司派出专业人员为李奶奶入户补卡和维修网络。

社区竟能带人入户办理电话卡？

随后，工作人员在社区网格员的带领下入户为李奶奶办理新的手机卡、更换新的网络调试解调器，连接好老人的手机、电视等设备，确保使用顺畅无误，并详细告知了维修电话和网络使用账号密码等，方便老人日常使用。临走前，网格员还认真检查了李奶奶家的用电、用气安全，叮嘱她有任何困难随时联系社区，这让李奶奶暖心不已。

一直以来，邵公庄街道始终把为民服务作为工作的出发点和落脚点，聚焦居民需求，千方百计解决居民关注的急事、难事。下一步，街道将持续发挥党建引领作用，给居民提供更加便利周到的服务，让群众办事享便利、更高效，增强社区居民的获得感和幸福感。
