最近，你刷到过钱塘江“抢潮头鱼”的短视频吗？
一些男子手持渔网兜，迎着钱江潮，从潮水中用渔网兜抄住随潮头翻滚的鱼儿。
这类视频点赞量不低，甚至有百万的点赞。评论里，有人夸抢鱼人身手了得，有人问在哪里能够抢潮头鱼，也有人提出这样很危险。
但却没有人提，“抢潮头鱼”这件事是被禁止的。
三年前，本报曾报道过这一现象。三年后，记者再次来到钱塘江二十工段沿岸，在这里目睹了揪心无奈的喊潮人和不以为然的抢鱼人。
有人跟风打卡抢鱼
有人为了拍视频抢流量
前天下午2点半左右，记者粗略数了数，当时在滩涂上抢潮头鱼的差不多有百来人。
“三年多以前，也有人下去抢潮头鱼的。严管后其实人已经很少了。”周师傅在二十工段喊潮有五六年，对于“抢潮头鱼”这件事，他有点无奈：“我们怎么没管？他们根本不听。好几次，我被他们七八个人围住了。”
在周师傅的印象中，今年春天以后，抢潮头鱼的人越来越多。“有老乡带老乡来的，也有看了短视频以后找过来的。”周师傅说，更夸张的是，还有人把三四岁的小孩也抱下江堤。
一名不愿意透露姓名的管理人员告诉记者，网络热传的“抢潮头鱼”题材短视频，是造成这段时间抢鱼人多的一个原因：“他们说这种视频有流量。”
当天在钱塘江边，记者确实看到不少带着专业摄影器材在进行拍摄的人。一名正在操作无人机拍摄的小伙子告诉记者，自己的朋友此刻正在抢鱼。
记者翻看了一些“抢潮头鱼”的视频后发现，虽然字幕上加了“抢潮头鱼危险，请勿模仿”“不熟悉水性，没有弄潮经验的人，请勿尝试”的字样，但欢快的背景音乐和渔获满满的画面，很难让人意识到这件事的危险性。
现场还有不少人是看了视频后前来“打卡”的，但大部分人都是空手而归：“看视频好像挺容易抓到鱼的，没想到这么困难，明天再来试试。”
立在他们旁边的“潮涌危险，请勿下堤”的警示牌，就这么被无视了。
记者注意到，就在一处警示牌下，栏杆上的铁丝围网被剪开了，抢鱼人纷纷从这处缺口翻越进入江堤。
“这些铁丝围网，只要破了我们就重新加固。可加固好没两三天，又被人剪开了。”周师傅说，喊潮员的管理时间是每天潮前一小时，潮后两小时。为了管理“抢潮头鱼”，他们现在甚至潮前一个半小时就到了现场。“但抢鱼人比我们更早来，前两天三十七八度的高温，为了抢鱼，他们在滩涂上晒了两个多小时。”
不听劝导，还和民警“打游击”
“抢潮头鱼”到底该怎么管
采访中，有人透露，两周多前，曾有抢鱼人被潮水冲倒，在江里漂了一公里多才上岸。
近些年的新闻报道中，因为“抢潮头鱼”出事的也不少：
2023年8月20日，一名湖南小伙在抢潮头鱼时被潮水冲走，失联近6小时后，侥幸在对岸的嘉兴上岸并报警求助；
2021年11月7日，钱塘江二十工段江堤下有人抢潮头鱼发生意外，最终殒命；
2015年8月30日，8名外地小伙抢潮头鱼被潮水卷走，4人下落不明……
事实上，江段各属地一直在进行针对“抢潮头鱼”的管理。
7月3日，“大美临江”发布消息：临江街道开展“抢潮头鱼”集中整治。临江街道联合临江派出所、绿色生态公益救援队等单位在二十工段附近海滩江堤浅滩处，集中开展抢潮头鱼行为专项整治行动。对“抢潮头鱼”的必经之路进行了设卡，并劝返了大批“抢潮头鱼”的人。
只是集中整治的效果，目前看来比较有限。
“我们劝导，他们不听，无奈只能报警处理，但民警来，他们都下江堤去了，等上来时看见有民警，他们要么沿着江堤绕路走，要么就在江堤下耗着。”喊潮员周师傅很是无奈。
“抢潮头鱼”以前是钱塘江边人们讨生活的方式。那时候物资匮乏，人们不得不冒着生命危险向大自然讨一口饭吃，“现在条件好了，本地人都不抢潮头鱼了。”
另一位管理人员表示，目前没有适用于“抢潮头鱼”管理的条例，即便是民警和渔政部门到场也仅是没收渔具或批评教育为主，可是“不出事算幸运的，一旦出事就是大事”。（记者 谢春晖 施雄风）
