1月3日，也就是昨天，乐视CEO张巍在签发的致全员信中表示：2023年1月1日起，公司将执行每周四天半工作制：每周三实行弹性的半天工作制，考勤时间调整为连续的5小时，比如上午10点至下午15点、上午11点至下午16点都是符合规定的。

此消息一出，引发了网友们一番激烈地探讨，今天下午我打开微博的时候，关于#如果上4天半班你会搞副业吗# 这个话题已经飙升到了热搜话题第3位。评论里大概分出2派：一派认为，上4天半本来就是在给自己休息减压，如果还要搞副业那还不如996算了。另一派则表示自己一直都在搞副业，而且副业收入比主业还要可观，累并快乐着。
其实作为一个资深打工人，我比较赞成四天半工作制：
①对企业来说，实施四天工作制并不会降低企业效益，相反，它可以激发员工的工作热情，提高工作效率，降低企业运营成本。
②对员工来说，一方面可以缓解平时工作的压力，促进工作和生活的平衡，有利于家庭和谐，提升幸福感。另一方面也可利用空闲时间来自我充电，提高专业技能，有想法的小伙伴也可以搞搞副业，提升下生活质量。
当然任何事情都有利弊，就客观来讲，我觉得无论是对企业还是对个人，更加宽松的工作氛围和弹性的工作时长或许都是个新的尝试。
现在也有越来越多的国家开始尝试推行四天工作制：冰岛、西班牙、爱尔兰、加拿大、日本、英国、美国。
生活绝不是为了更好地工作，但工作一定是为了更好地生活。
