做线上是为了更好的铺开销售渠道，销售面更广，比坐等在店里强多了，销售水果按品质定价，新鲜度高，品质好定价高一些。顾客是养出来的，加上之后平时多发朋友圈，去进货视频，自己试吃小视频，打折特价促销，比较诱人的图片，让人舒服的文案都可以发，这些内容发多了，有需求的顾客看到就会来购买。加入水果店老板同行圈子，朋友圈下搜一搜功能，搜水果店圈子。
2、要尝试出水果店的畅销品
如果是一家新店，以前没有卖过水果，那么就很难知道每年这个时候，什么水果卖的好，什么水果会卖的不好，而拿货的时候要是拿的不准，直接就是成本损耗。怎么去知道当季热门的水果呢？首先可以去网上找找水果的上市时间表，大概哪些时间会上市哪些水果，这样心里也有底了。
然后可以去网上看看这些水果的销售情况怎么样，比如去电商网站上去看看，或者打开外卖软件看看，哪些水果销量比较高，哪些水果的销量是比较差的。更多开水果店干货经验分享，朋友圈下搜一搜功能，搜水果店圈子。
3、水果可以尝试打包出售
自己要勤进货、勤补货，尽量减少进货量与销售量的差距，快进快出，才能把损耗降到最低。顾客都是培养出来的，有的客人不喜欢买预包装的，就是因为预包装的经常会坏，自己要做到质检这一块一定要做好，每天都要去检查，这些预包装的水果是否有坏的，卖的时候装到袋子的时候也要前后大致喵一眼看一下，有坏的要及时帮客人拿出来。
4、店里的老顾客需要时间沉淀
老客户才是水果店生存下去的唯一法宝，怎么去积累高粘度的老客户，就是要做好产品和服务。粘性不是用活动技巧套路去锁住的，锁住顾客唯一的办法就是产品和服务。
如果产品和服务都做不好，能套路顾客一次，顾客绝不会再来第二次，而且顾客这次觉得不好，他还会跟周边的人说你这家店不好，这样就越做越差。
