1、我们实体店不需要再投入营销成本去获客，因为客户就在我们店内，在我们通讯录里，微信群里，我们的推广信息随时可以触达他们，我们的福利待遇随时可以追达他们。
2、我们实体店不需要再次付出构建信任的成本，通常我们实体店和新客户之间第一次的信任是最难建立的。一旦建立第一次信任，我们与客户的链接已产生，后续的关系维护，追销等都会相对轻松。
3、我们实体店可以不断满足客户的新需求或给客户不断创造新需求，我们必须坚持不断对老客户追销、锁客老客户，实现单个客户价值的最大化。
