1月27日，农历正月初六。当大家还沉浸在过年的喜悦中时，家住海原县高崖乡香水村的杨鹏程依然没能休息。
上午10时许，他来到宁夏二零二三食品有限责任公司门口，又一次统计起送货归来的厢货车。1、2……还有1辆车未能按时返回，杨鹏程赶紧拿出手机，和驾驶员确定货车途经之处和归来时间。
“大过年的，原本要给员工放假，但因客户在年前紧急下了很多订单，无奈之下，只好让员工们辛苦加班。”杨鹏程告诉记者，做生意要讲诚信，既然接了单，就要保质保量完成。
11时25分，当最后一辆送货车安全抵达后，放松的杨鹏程面露笑容，和记者聊天的话语也多了起来。
“创业之初，我骑着一辆电动三轮车，走村串巷并到田间地头为村民送吃的，当时会做的只有干粮馍和花卷，每天要能赚到100元，晚上做梦都会笑醒。”杨鹏程感慨道，经过多年发展，家庭式小作坊现如今变成食品公司，“干粮馍”也不再是单一产品，20多种特色面点直供600多家客户，而新添置的7辆负责运输的厢货车则需24小时运转。
在生产车间内，流水线上的员工忙碌有序，一个专门制作酥饼、面包饼、千层饼等特色面点的食品加工厂日夜生产。厂房虽然不大，但拥有4个注册商标，年产面点1250万个，年营业额超过1000万元。这就是杨鹏程12年来打下的“家底”。
由起初的海原县扬万里烤馍店转型发展为宁夏二零二三食品有限责任公司，一路走来，杨鹏程不仅自己富裕了，还为村民提供了42个就业岗位，并带动30多个家庭开了面点作坊铺。前来学艺者络绎不绝，杨鹏程从没拒绝过，最远的学徒来自新疆。
“公司已经建立产品研发团队，对食品加工中出现的技术难题进行攻关和创新，同时也能开展新产品、新工艺的研究。”杨鹏程自信地说，当前，公司研发的系列产品融合了当地老面发酵技术和先进的面点速冻技术，产品用料精良、工艺独特、口味众多，能够满足不同顾客群体需求。
去年年底，海原县乡村振兴局联合相关部门对食品公司进行了综合考察和评定，并决定将其认定为帮扶企业，并提供1000多平方米的厂房用于经营，水电暖完善，而且前3年免房租、后3年房租减半。“我们计划将食品公司列入2023年闽宁项目进行改造，投资200万元，带动稳定就业60人。”海原县乡村振兴局副局长李文林说。
杨鹏程的梦想即将成真，但更高兴的还是工人们。
脱贫户杨发、李志梅夫妇都在食品公司上班。李志梅是面点成型操作工，杨发则开车送货，两人每月收入7000元。“车间离家200米，挣钱顾家两不误，我们希望公司越来越好，收入才会更稳定。”李志梅说。
30多岁的杨彩霞现已成为企业的生产骨干，月工资3600元，她希望食品公司能更加规模化、现代化，如此就能为更多的农村妇女提供就业。（记者 李峰 文/图）
