说起一夜暴富，或许有点不切实际，但是通过做生意想要实现年收入几十万，甚至上百万，那也不是没有这种可能性。
当然了，想得到一份高收入，前提还得是选个适合自己的行业去干才行，可以说只要选到适合自己的行业了，那离目标也就更近了一些。
那既然说到选择行业，在这里顺便推荐下我个人创作的一期专栏，主要就是讲了我们身边27个实体小项目，像这些都是选出来门槛略低一些的。
虽说不是直接给大家分享行业的渠道和销路，但是能为大家更详细地展示出一些经营方向，如果想找到更多创业金点子，那不妨去看一下，不过目前只上线了2期，后期还会持续更新。
那接下来言归正传，今天这期文章，就给大家分享一个适合我们大多数普通人去做的小项目，资金投入不需要太高就能做，并且加工出来的产品，在当今市场上的需求量也很大。
1、市场需求
给大家分享的这个，那就是生产加工移动板房，说起这种板房，几乎所有的楼盘工地，或者是其它施工场所，都少不了这类板房。
这类移动板房可以作为临时的办公或住房场地，除了建筑工地以外，像很多临时住所，商业网点等等，都有投入使用这样的房子，因此仔细去看看，这种移动板房在市场上的需求量还是不小的。
2、加工层面
在大多数外行人看来，或许加工移动板房这个行业是需要大的资金投入才能去做，并且也会有不小的加工难度。但是目前市场上不少的板房，都是出自很多家庭式的小厂生产。
这类板房的生产加工方面，其实并没有过于硬性的标准，尺寸大小，包括用料等等，完全都是要根据具体的实情去定夺。
其实在一般情况下，3个工人的小型加工厂，一天至少也可以加工出2间这种类型的板房，并且需要做这种板房的加工设备也并不复杂，像比较常见的就是切割机，再就是电焊机和空压机等小型的机械就能搞定，并不需要一些大投资的设备。
3、利润方面
像3乘6米的板房尺寸，目前在市场上是很畅销的，如果销售出去一间，纯利润大概能在1000左右，像型号和规格比较特殊的板房，在利润层面甚至会更高一些。
其实这种板房除了直接零售之外，生产出来去租赁，也是很大的一项收入。像一些建筑工地的临时住所，包括农田，或者是工棚等等，都是可以选用这种移动板房去使用。
像常见到的一般规格，一天的租金都能达到8到10元不等，按照这个租赁价去算，那一个月一间也能有几百块的收入了。
但是往往这种租赁都是批量化去租，我们如果按一个月能租赁出20台，那也至少能有个5000到6000左右的收入了，并且这个收入都是可循环的，只要能长期找到租户，靠租赁也是能赚不少。
4、经营方式
很多现实中的生产商，大多都是采用小量化去生产，可以说销多少自己就加工多少，但即便是这样小规模去经营，很多商家也都是可以轻松实现年利润十几二十万的。
如果有丰富的人脉关系，一般都是可以接到一些大的加工订单，或许一个订单就能赚个几万，甚至几十万不等。所以说做这个加工生产生意，小规模去做也是可以赚到钱的。
当然了，一个生意究竟赚不赚钱，我们不能只按照常见的数据去分析，因为具体到个人身上去做这个生意，经营难度都会不同，所以收入各方面也自然都会有不小的差距。
但是不得不说的是，像加工这种移动板房，这确实算是个比较不错的创业方向，因为现如今随着各方面的发展，很多进城务工人员为了能省下高昂的住宿费，很多都会去选择租赁这种临时场所，所以不管怎么说，市场需求量还是不小。
总结
其实说来说去，身边并不缺少商机，只是有些我们抓不住而已，像上面讲得这个行业一样，市场需求一点都不小，如果我们自己做不好，那能说行业不行吗？
所以再好的行业，只要自己没能力胜任，即便是给你客户给你渠道，也不见得自己能做成功。选择创业，其实成功的要素不只是销路问题，关键是个人经营能力，这样讲大家能认同吗？
